Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use kickstartmycontent.com, the preview websites at preview.itstonyroth.com, and my booking pages. Kickstart MyContent is run by Tony Roth through Paower Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("I", "me", "my"). By using these sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What these sites are for

These sites show my work and let businesses learn about my services and book a call. Nothing on them is an offer you can accept just by using the site. Any work I do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Preview websites

• A preview is a free sample I made to show a business what I could build. It is not that business's official website, and it does not mean the business works with me or endorses me.
• Previews are built from information the business published itself. I try to get the details right, but a preview may contain mistakes or outdated information. Do not rely on a preview for the business's hours, prices, services or contact details. Check with the business.
• Business names, logos, photos and trademarks in a preview belong to their owners. I use them only to show the owner what their site could look like.
• The design, layout and code of a preview belong to me until a business buys it under a written agreement. A business's own content stays theirs.
• If you own the business and want your preview taken down, contact me and I will remove it.

Use of AI

I use AI tools to help research, design and write, including previews, website copy and messages. A person reviews the work, but AI can make mistakes. If something about your business is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.

Messages from me

If you give me your phone number or email address, you agree that I may contact you about your request and my services as described in my Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text or unsubscribe from any email to opt out.

What you agree not to do

• Copy, resell or republish my designs, previews or content without my permission
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to these sites
• Use these sites for anything illegal, or to misrepresent who you are

My content

Except for content owned by others, everything on these sites, including the designs, text, graphics and code, belongs to me or is used with permission. You can view and share links to it, but you cannot reuse it without asking.

Other websites

These sites link to other websites, including Calendly and the websites of the businesses I build previews for. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for them.

No warranty

These sites are provided "as is" and "as available". I do not promise they will always be available, error free, or that any information on them is complete or current. Examples of past work and results show what I have done before. They are not a promise of what you will get.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of these sites. If I am found liable for anything related to these sites, my total liability is limited to $100.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about these sites will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

I may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the sites after that, you accept the updated terms.
