Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I collect, where it comes from, how I use it (including when I reach out to businesses and when I use AI tools), and the choices you have. It covers kickstartmycontent.com, the preview websites at preview.itstonyroth.com, my booking pages, and any forms, emails, calls or texts connected to them.

Kickstart MyContent is run by Tony Roth through Paower Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("I", "me", "my"). Contact details are at the bottom, and I answer them myself.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you book a call, fill in a form, reply to an email or text, or talk to me, I collect what you share. That usually means:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your business name, website, location and social media accounts
• Anything you tell me about your business and what you want help with
• Notes from our calls and messages

Public business information. I research businesses I think I can help. To do that I collect information businesses have published themselves or that is in public records, such as:

• The business name, website, address, and the email address and phone number listed for the business
• The names and job titles of owners or managers, where those are published
• Text, photos, logos, services and reviews shown on the business's own website and public profiles
• Public business registrations and government contracting records, such as SAM.gov

Information collected automatically. When you visit my sites, basic technical information may be recorded, such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view, and the site or ad you came from. Some emails I send may record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.

Information from platforms. If you reach me through an ad or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes me the answers you submitted. If you book through Calendly, Calendly passes me your booking details. These platforms also collect data under their own privacy policies, which I do not control.

Reaching out to businesses

I contact businesses directly to offer my services. If you received a message from me, it is because your business's contact details were published, for example on your website or in a public directory or registration, and I thought I could help.

• I contact businesses at their business email address, phone number or website contact form.
• Every marketing email I send says who it is from, includes my mailing address, and tells you how to stop hearing from me.
• If you say stop, unsubscribe or "not interested", I stop. I keep a note of your request so you are not contacted again.

Preview websites

Sometimes I build a free sample website for a business before I reach out, so the owner can see what I would make. Previews are built only from information the business has made public, such as its own website.

• Each preview is clearly marked as a preview built by Kickstart MyContent. It is not the business's real website and does not mean the business endorses me.
• Previews are blocked from search engines and are only shared with the business itself.
• Names, logos, photos and trademarks shown in a preview belong to their owners.
• If you own the business and want a preview taken down, tell me and I will remove it.

Text messages and calls

If you give me your phone number, for example when you book a call, fill in a form, or reply to me, you agree that I may call and text you at that number about your request, our call, and my services. Messages may be sent with automated tools, such as booking reminders.

• How often you hear from me depends on our conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact me using the details below.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• I do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone else for their marketing.

How I use AI tools

I use artificial intelligence tools in my work. They help me:

• Research businesses and organize the public information I collect
• Design and write websites, previews, emails, ads and other content
• Draft, sort and personalize messages
• Write up notes and summaries from calls

When I use these tools, some of the information described in this policy may be processed by the AI provider. I use providers that are bound by their own privacy and security terms, I do not give them your information for their own marketing, and I only share what the task needs. A person reviews the work. I do not use AI to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

I will not record a call without telling you first. If I record or transcribe a call, I will say so at the start, and you can ask me not to.

Why I use your information

• To answer your request and prepare what you asked for
• To reach out to businesses I think I can help, and follow up
• To build previews and, if you become a client, to provide my services
• To schedule and run calls
• To bill clients and keep business records
• To understand which pages, ads and messages work, in aggregate
• To meet legal obligations and protect my rights

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to other agencies, not to anyone. I do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who I share it with

I share information only with service providers that help me run my business, and only as much as they need:

• Email, phone and text messaging providers
• Scheduling tools, such as Calendly
• Website hosting, such as Netlify
• AI and software tools I use to research, build and write
• Advertising platforms, such as Meta
• Payment processors, such as Stripe, if you become a client

I may also share information if the law requires it, to protect my legal rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of my business.

Cookies and tracking

My sites may use cookies and similar tools to keep them working and to measure traffic and ads, including tools from Meta and Calendly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long I keep it

I keep information for as long as it is useful for the conversation or work it relates to, and as long as I need to for legal, tax or accounting reasons. I keep opt-out requests so I can keep honoring them. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, unless I am required to keep it.

How it is stored

Your information is kept in password-protected accounts with established providers. No system is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security, but I do not keep more than I need.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what information I hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Take down a preview of your business
• Stop contacting you by email, phone or text

Email or text me and I will handle it. You do not need any particular wording. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and I will honor them where they apply.

Children

My services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Other sites

My sites link to other websites, including the websites of businesses I build previews for. I am not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I will post the new version here with a new date.
